Great cleaner!
I completely agree with the previous reviewer. This is a great machine for making jewelry sparkle. I use it for a number of items, in particular my gold and silver coin collection, some of the silver gets a bit tarnished over time and I just place it on the cleaner for 3 or 4 cycles and they come sparkling as if they had just been minted the previous day! Highly recommended.

The Trent CD-7810 is very roomy for cleaning several small items at a time. The timer allows for long cleaning or less cleaning time with the easy to read digital counter. The process works very well with plain water and even better with a bit of detergent. CD’s or DVD’s without scratches really clean nicely and work as they did when new. This is well worth the money as even older costume jewelry sparkles.

The CD7810 Ultrasonic Cleaner is a nifty tool that works as well as one could hope!
Overall, I must say that I’m very satisfied with the CD7810 Ultrasonic Cleaner and would give it my wholehearted endorsement.

Pros:
-The machine is self is stylish and sleek. In particular, I like the clear window which allows for viewing of the cleaning as it happens!
-I love how easy it is to use this machine–literally just add water! So far I have tried cleaning wedding bands/engagement rings, watches, toothbrushes, and eyeglasses. I was amazed to see how much dirt and other particles were removed from my items after using just the default 3 minute cleaning cycle with regular old tap water.
-The accessories that come with the machine all seem to be of good construction, although I haven’t tested them out yet (watch stand, basket for smaller items, and CD/DVD adapter).
-The programmable interface is easy to use.

Cons:
-About the only negative thing I could say about the CD7810 is that it is rather small (although that can certainly be a positive thing as well when considering storage). I was only able to put the bristle end of an ordinary-length tootbrush into the machine rather than its entire length. This is not a dealbreaker, but you should know that anything longer than about the width of a regular pair of eyeglasses just might be too long to wash fully-submerged with this machine (you can, however, wash just a portion with part of your item outside of the cleaning chamber).

In summary, the CD7810 is just what I was hoping for in a product of this nature. It cleans VERY effectively and is super quick and easy (just water) to use! You can even add a small amount of detergent or hand soap for more challenging set-in dirt and grime.
